The work, in the field

These pages describe the kinds of problems we take on. Named engagements will be added as they are cleared to share.

Field development support

Helping a development team test the plan against the ground before the design locks in.

Early development work is where a wrong assumption is still cheap. We sit with subsurface, facilities, and operations leads and pressure-test the plan against what the site will actually allow.

The result we aim for is a smaller set of decisions, each one tied to the evidence and the risk that still remains. Specific project stories will be added as engagements are cleared for publication.

Water and land stewardship

Putting water and land constraints into the design while there is still room to change it.

A water or land limit found late becomes a delay. Found early, it becomes a design choice. We work with project teams to name those limits and adjust the plan while alternatives are still open.

This page describes the kind of work. Named engagements and results will come from the project record, not from placeholder figures.

Operating reliability

Working with operating teams on the few issues that actually move safety and uptime.

Operating problems rarely sit in one discipline. A reliability issue can be a maintenance practice, a process limit, and a design leftover at the same time. We help teams separate those causes and act on the ones that matter.

Case details will be published when the underlying work can be shared. Until then, this is a description of the practice, not a claimed result.
